I accept a few select few insurances; Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross of California, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Kaiser of Northern California, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, Quest Behavioral Health, and United Healthcare/United Behavioral Health. I use a site called Headway, where you can input your insurance information to verify your benefits.

Otherwise I would be regarded as an "out-of-network" provider for the majority of health insurance plans. At the conclusion of each month, I'll provide you with a Superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement of a portion of the fee. The complete session fee is due at the time of the session.

It's advisable to communicate with your insurance company before starting therapy to determine the mental health benefits applicable to an out-of-network provider.

Please note, submitting a Superbill to your insurance company does not guarantee reimbursement.
