About Me
My path towards becoming a therapist trace back to high school, where my interest in psychology was sparked through an elective class. Despite initially taking a detour into the entertainment and insurance industries with an undergrad degree in Broadcast and Electronic Communications, I eventually decided to redirect my career.
Returning to grad school at California Lutheran University, I earned a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and underwent training to become an EMDR Therapist.
In my role as your therapist, my objective is to uncover your potential and harness the inherent resilience within you. Together, we will pinpoint and employ the necessary tools and techniques to propel you toward your aspirations.
Outside of my professional life, I stay active through pursuits like running, hiking, weightlifting, hot yoga, snowboarding, and cherish quality time with family, friends, and my two dogs.
If you're in search of a compassionate and seasoned therapist to help navigate life's challenges, I would be delighted to collaborate with you.
